The fitness suite is open from 7am until 9pm everyday – perfect for an early morning workout before heading out for a day’s adventuring, a stand alone fitness session before dinner or a warm up or down before or after your round of golf. Towels are available from hotel reception.

Personal Training with Sam Barnes

We are delighted to offer guest the opportunity to work with our on-site personal trainer, Sam Barnes during your stay with us. Sam has a level 3 gym instructor, personal training and nutrition qualification and is also a 200hr Yoga instructor and TRX suspension trainer.

As well as consultations, Sam offers a range of PT sessions, as well as buddy sessions for £50 and a free 15 minute induction session to show you how to use the gym equipment correctly during your stay.
