We love a wedding here at The Bell Inn and we’ll enjoy looking after you. In fact, we’ve hosted rather a few weddings, so you’ll benefit from our in-depth knowledge and expertise, as well as a small close-knit, friendly team to give you a very personable experience.
The Inn looks glorious at any time of year, with seasonal changes only adding to its appeal. In the winter months, our cosy inglenook fireplace roars away with comfy sofas to sink into, and in the summer, our Garden Room stretches al fresco onto our patio and beautiful country garden. All year round the Inn is full of charm and character, standing out as the perfect country setting for the wedding of your dreams.

Our beautifully romantic winter wedding package is based on 30 guests joining you for an intimate celebration during the day and a further 70 party guests during the evening. Smaller, bespoke packages are also available for a reduced price on enquiry.
Our New Forest Winter Wedding package includes:
Ceremony and room hire for up to 30 people
Three course menu
Arrival drink
Half a bottle of wine per person
Toast Drink
Evening reception up to 70 people
Evening finger buffet
DJ until midnight
Overnight accommodation for the bride and groom.

The Garden Room
The Garden Room is a light and airy space with a fresh country feel accommodating up to 50 guests to witness you saying ‘I do’, opening out onto our beautiful rose arch, patio and garden, the perfect countryside backdrop for those photos!
The New Forest Lounge
Our New Forest Lounge is perfect for smaller, more intimate ceremonies as you tie the knot in the presence of up to 20 of your nearest and dearest.
The Oak Room
The Oak Room is an elegant, quintessentially country dining room where we’ll host your wedding breakfast, comfortably seating up to 50 guests.

Our Head Chef and team have created a unique offering that concentrates on sourcing the best food from local New Forest and Hampshire-based producers that’s freshly prepared with a splash of artistic flair to create truly fabulous dishes, just for your big day.
Room at the Inn
Each of our 26 rooms have been individually designed to blend original features with contemporary comforts. From singles to large family rooms, with extra z-beds and everything in between, there’s no need for carriages at midnight as your guests can take advantage of exclusive discounted accommodation rates, and wake up to a full New Forest breakfast.
It’s not just your guests who we’ll make to feel welcome. Living in the New Forest, dogs have always been a big part of our family, so as a family-owned Inn, your four-legged best friend is always welcome! They can even stay overnight in our ground floor, dog-friendly bedrooms.
The Bridal Suite
- Our lavishly large and spacious Bridal Suite is the perfect love nest with double-aspect windows that survey the garden and surrounding treetop canopy.
