This year’s sumptuous feast will showcase our kitchen’s love of the New Forest larder. Starting with Pheasant kiev, toasted sweetcorn salsa, wild sorrel purée. Followed by Peppered loin of Venison, fig tart, squash textures, game chips and port jus. And finished off with Hedgerow berry and hazelnut N’Eton Tidy, blackberry textures, apple jelly, elderflower scented chantilly cream and candied hazelnuts.
